Located in West Windsor, New Jersey, Troop 40 was chartered in 1964 by the First Presbyterian Church of Dutch Neck. Troop 40 is part of the Mercer Area District. Scouting offers boys an opportunity to learn skills that they will use not only in scouting but the rest of their lives. The program at Troop 40 continues to be geared to helping boys develop into productive young adults, while having fun along the way. The goals include learning outdoor skills, first aid skills, how to organize,how to accept responsibility and accountability, and how to lead. Troop 40 offers boys a chance to experience the best that scouting has to offer.
